Please read this Policy carefully before initiating a cancellation. By subscribing to SuprForms, you agree to abide by this Policy.

1. Cancellation Procedure
   
   To cancel your subscription to SuprForms, log in to your SuprForms account using your credentials. Locate the cancellation option in your Account settings and select it to initiate the cancellation process. Follow the prompts provided to confirm your cancellation request.
   
   

2. Cancellation Terms

   • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your subscription to SuprForms at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to SuprForms and its features will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.

   • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed for subsequent periods.

   • Data Retrieval: It is your responsibility to download and backup any data or information stored in SuprForms before initiating the cancellation. Upon cancellation, we will not be responsible for retaining or providing access to your data.
     
     

3. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
   
   We reserve the right to modify or replace this cancellation policy anytime. Any changes to this Policy will be effective upon posting the revised version on the SuprForms website or by providing notice to you via email or through SuprForms. Your continued use of SuprForms following the posting of any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
