Please read these Terms of use ("Terms") carefully before using the SuprForms software-as-a-service (SaaS) product ("SuprForms") provided by Sortify Innovations LLP ("us," "we," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of SuprForms. By accessing or using SuprForms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use SuprForms.

1. Use of SuprForms

   • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use SuprForms. By using SuprForms, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

   • Account Registration: To use certain features of SuprForms, you may need to create an account. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

   • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

     • Use SuprForms for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;

     • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of SuprForms or its servers;

     • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SuprForms, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to SuprForms;
       
       

     • Use any automated means, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access or collect information from SuprForms;
       
       

     • Transmit or distribute viruses, worms, or other harmful computer code through SuprForms;
       
       

     • Use SuprForms to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam;

     • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
       
       

     • Violate any applicable laws or regulations or these Terms.
       
       

2. Intellectual Property

   • Ownership: SuprForms and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by Sortify Innovations LLP. These rights include, but are not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights. You acknowledge that SuprForms contains proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

   • License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SuprForms for your internal business purposes.

   • Restrictions: You agree not to:

     • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on SuprForms;

     • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on SuprForms;

     • Use SuprForms for any purpose other than its intended use as described in these Terms.
       
       

3. Payment and Subscriptions

   • Subscription Plans: SuprForms offers paid subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the terms of the selected plan.

   • Billing and Payment: You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to SuprForms.

   • Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
     
     

4. Privacy
   
   We collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using SuprForms, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
   
   
   

5. Limitation of Liability
   
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sortify Innovations LLP, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of SuprForms.
   
   
   

6. Indemnification
   
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sortify Innovations LLP, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of SuprForms, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
   
   
   

7. Termination
   
   We may terminate or suspend your access to SuprForms immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use SuprForms will immediately cease.
   
   
   

8. Changes to the Terms
   
   We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on SuprForms. Your continued use of SuprForms after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
   
   
   

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
   
   
   

10. Severability
    
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
    
    
    

11. Entire Agreement
    
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sortify Innovations LLP regarding your use of SuprForms and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.
